My name is Sandra Schlaupitz. I started at iXora Realty selling mobile homes without Land where you don't need a License to sell, while I was studying to get my License as a Sales Agent. Once I got my license I decided to sell homes in the market for first time home buyers. In 2001 I decided to go for my Accredited Buyer Designation which really taught me a lot market techniques. I began to work for different builders selling all their spec home inventories, since all the builders where buying land, that was the moment that I decided to start to buy land for myself. I bought my first lot with a credit card and I sold it in less than 3 weeks. I spoke with different people including my broker to buy more properties, brought in family and investors as well.

I was born in New york. I lived in Carmel NY until I was about 12. I then moved to Estero Fl; where I attended Estero High school. I went on to Edison Commumity Colledge; I didn't graduate, but I did go there for about 2 1/2 years and maintained a 3.85 GPA. I studied mostly science as I thought I might get into the medical field. I studied Real Estate at The Ed Klopher school of real estate in 2004; which is when I received my license. I was involved in real estae sales for about a year or so after that. Outside of that stuff I have spent most of my adult life in the resteraunt business. I like to travel, when I can. I love to cook and eat! I also love to fish and go boating. |
